Terms and Conditions

All products made by Scribe Vibes Cookie Co., LLC, are subject to the following terms and conditions. 

INGREDIENTS

• Products may come in contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. An ingredient label will accompany all products. Scribe Vibes Cookie Co. LLC, will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from contact or consumption of the product. 
• All products are made to be stored in an airtight container and  consumed within 2 weeks for optimal freshness.

ORDERS

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within three (3) days of order acceptance. The deposit amount is 50% of the final agreed on purchase price. 
• NON- REFUNDABLE shipping costs will be covered at 100% by the purchaser as applicable.
• Prefer a 14-day notice for all orders. Not all orders will be accepted. 
• All products ordered from an image or photo will be reproduced in our interpretation of the image and will NOT be an exact reproduction. 
• Final payment is due at the time of order pickup/delivery.

DELIVERY (personal and mail)

• It is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the product. Once the product has been released, the customer is responsible to ensure the product reaches its destination safely and is stored according to the Cookie Storage Guide provided with the order. 
• Personal delivery charges are at the discretion of Scribe Vibes Cookie Co. and will be at a rate of $0.70 cents per mile. 
• Personal delivery dates and times will be agreed by both parties in advance. It will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the product if not present at the location at the date and time agreed on. 
• Best efforts will be made to protect the product during shipping. Scribe Vibes Cookie Co., LLC. will not be responsible for any product damage that occurs during shipping.
• Shipping costs will be covered at 100% by the customer. 
• Scribe Vibes Cookie Co., LLC, is not responsible for delivery delays due to the 3rd party delivery service and does NOT guarantee 3rd party delivery dates.
